Aloha United Way's 211 helpline is Hawaiʻi’s only comprehensive, community information and referral helpline.

211 is powered by caring, local experts, trained to understand complex problems and connect people to community resources including:

  • Support and care programs
    • Keiki
    • Kupuna
    • Disability services
  • Crisis intervention and disaster relief
  • Domestic violence programs
  • Rental and utility assistance
  • Legal and financial assistance
  • Substance abuse treatment 
  • SNAP prescreening
  • And much more
211 provides information about accessing 1300+ agencies, 4000+ programs 
Operates 7:00 am to 10pm, 7 days a week
Specialists are accredited in Information and Referral Services by AIRS
