Relief is ongoing—and so is the need
Communities including Lāʻie and Waialua continue to face significant recovery challenges, with many families still navigating displacement, financial hardship, and uncertainty.
Through our trusted network of nonprofit and community partners, funds can be deployed quickly and flexibly to address urgent needs now while supporting long-term recovery in the weeks and months ahead.

Three Ways Aloha United Way Is Helping
- Distributing cash cards to individuals and families impacted by the floods
- Coordinating resources, like temporary housing assistance through the AUW 211 Statewide Helpline
- Providing emergency grants to frontline nonprofit partners

Recovery is complex and far from over. Many families are:

This is now a long-term recovery effort—with more storms potentially ahead.
