Help a local family build their home with the Honolulu Habitat for Humanity.

About this Event

No construction experience is needed to volunteer, our only requirements is closed toed shoes must be worn for safety and all volunteers must be at least 18 years or older.

Signups are limited to the first 25 volunteers. Lunch will be provided. Click here to volunteer. 

What: You will be led by a skilled construction team. Volunteers help with nearly every phase of construction, minus electrical and plumbing. It starts with the foundation prep work, to pouring the foundation, framing, roofing, all the way through the final touch paint work needed before a home is dedicated. The actual work to be completed may vary and will depend on the build status upon our arrival.

Where: The build site is located in the new Kaka'ina Subdivision, next to the Waimanalo Seven Day Adventist Church.
