Description

Founded in 1899, the Susannah Wesley Community Center is a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3) multi-purpose community center which provides community-based prevention, intervention and care coordination services to alienated children and their families, the elderly, the poor and to immigrants and refugees on the island of Oahu. SWCC serves over 3,000 clients and participants annually, providing services and opportunities otherwise inaccessible due to language, cultural, educational and/or economic barriers. SWCC is a safety net and safe haven where children, families and adults in crisis can walk-in to seek help and is often the first place new immigrants to the community turn to for support.
