Description

Provides a community-based residential program for adults with a continuum of care specifically designed for individuals with both chronic mental illness and substance abuse dependency problems. Provides consumers with a comprehensive multi-disciplinary treatment team that teaches consumers empowerment to achieve success and satisfaction in the living and social environments of their choice.
