Hawaii's Child Care Resource & Referral Agency. Provides child care referrals and information to families; offers community-based child care training; offers scholarships to those taking early childhood education classes; administers the USDA Child Care & Adult Food Program to family child care providers; and administers the Child Care Registry program that documents the qualifications of those who work in the field of early care and education.
