Palolo Chinese Home is the oldest originated Asian Care Home in the United States and is Hawaii’s largest Adult Residential Care Home. Palolo provides a continuum of care allowing members of the community and its residents to age in place. The Home’s HiNOA Program (Hawaii Neighborhood Outreach to the Aged) assists elderly living in their own homes by connecting them to agencies and services. The HiNOA Program provides Doctor Home Visits, Private Duty, Chore Services and delivery of hot meals to members in the community and is the largest supplier to Hawaii Meals on Wheels. On campus programs include: Intermediate Nursing Care, Adult Residential Care Home, Expanded Care, Overnight Respite, Senior Day Care, and Hospice.
