Pacific Gateway Center was founded in 1973 by the Palama Council of Churches and offers a range of direct and support-services to meet the need of immigrants, refugees and the low income. The four integral components of the Center are Immigration and Social Services, Employment and Training Services, Economic Development and Community Development.
