Hina Mauka's purpose is to ensure that a full continuum of substance abuse treatment services is available statewide to reduce the severity and disabling effects related to alcohol and other drug abuse. Also promotes education and information programs to prevent substance abuse and assure provision of effective intervention and treatment.
