The Epilepsy Foundation of Hawaii is one of the more than 100 chapters nationwide that's been serving Hawaii community for 31 years. It is a private, non-profit agency, whose mission is to increase publicawareness of epilepsy and to build a sense of community, enabling persons with epilepsy to participate fully in the community at large. Services and Programs includes: Information and Referral, Education and Training, Counseling, Adults Support Groups, Support Groups for Parents who have Children with Epilepsy, Travel Assistance, Legal Defense Funds, Keiki Club, and Caregivers Training.
