Community Connections Program
Child and Family Services and the YWCA of Oahu have formed a partnership to develop a program called the Community Connections Program, which will move domestic violence victims from shelters as well as provide them with support programs intending to enable them to become financially stable and gain eventual independence.
What our breakthrough agencies will deliver:

PROGRAM OUTCOMES
- #1: Percentage of clients receiving services from both agencies will have stronger positive outcomes than clients receiving services from a single agency as measured by an external evaluation.
Target: 50% - #2: Percentage of Child and Family Services referrals to YWCA that will improve their financial self sufficiency.
Target: 80% - #3: Percentage of YWCA referrals to Child and Family Services that will improve their self-confidence, emotional health and/or parenting skills.
