Community Connections Program

Child and Family Services (CFS) and the YWCA will form a partnership to move domestic violence victims from shelters and provide support programs intended to move them to financial stability and eventual independence.

What our funded agencies will deliver:

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

• #1: Percentage of clients receiving services from both agencies will have stronger positive outcomes than clients receiving services from a single agency as measured by an external evaluation.

• #2: Percentage of CFS referrals to YWCA that improve their financial self sufficiency.
  Target: 80%
• #3: Percentage of YWCA referrals to CFS that improve their self-confidence, emotional health and/or parenting skills.
